請老師審慎選用教材以維護學生學習權益 Teachers are requested to carefully select teaching materials to protect students' learning rights
(一)教育部來文指出，國內學校、教保服務機構使用中國大陸製文書表單或歌曲輔助教學，因文件內容使用簡體字，歌曲創作背景亦具政治意涵等情形，引發外界關注。
(二)老師從事教學活動時，應審慎選用教材(如避免使用中國大陸簡體字教材或具政治意涵歌曲)，將本土相關素材融入日常作息中，認識並認同在地文化，以維學生學習權益。 (I) A document from the Ministry of Education points out that the use of forms or songs written in mainland China by domestic schools and childcare service institutions to assist in teaching has drawn public attention due to the use of simplified Chinese characters in the documents and the political connotations of the songs. (II) Teachers should carefully select teaching materials (such as avoiding the use of simplified Chinese characters or politically charged songs) and integrate relevant local materials into their daily routines, recognizing and embracing local culture to safeguard students' learning rights. |

廠商基於資安機制考量，現在改提供EverCam10，相關軟體更新與授權申請說明如下： 1.解除舊版：請先將舊版EverCam使用uninstall解除安裝。 2.下載新版：舊版移除後，再安裝新版的EverCam10，軟體下載連結：https://evercam.xms.tw/evercamStore/download。 二、啟用碼申請 1.申請方式：請填寫『資訊服務申請表』送至圖資處，審核通過後，將會以電子郵件寄送授權序號與啟用碼。 2.使用期限：授權啟用碼使用期限為1年，1年後如需要繼續使用，請重新申請。 3.先前若已經有申請過的使用者，也需重新申請。 若有任何問題請洽圖資處，分機2503 敬祝 平安順心 圖書暨資訊處 敬啟 |

Flipclass雲空間正式上線

Flipclass雲空間正式啟用，雲空間為Flipclass平台檔案庫功能，使用前須登入，登入後點選網頁右上方「我的課程」，再點選網頁左側功能列底下「檔案庫」，進入將可以使用檔案庫功能，檔案庫提供全校教職員每人30GB個人儲存空間，並可以分享個別檔案。 有任何問題，請洽圖資處承辦人 李庭峻，分機2605 |

FlipClass數位平台E-mail服務說明如下: 一、學生主要的收信管道為微軟M365信箱(Outlook)，故Gmail並不會收到FlipClass數位平台發出的信件。
二、老師主要的收信管道仍以Gmail為主。
